I’m now considering the merits of pursuing either the CQE certification or the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as I figure out the next steps in my career path in manufacturing process engineering. I’m most interested in understanding which certification might bring more hands-on advantages and stronger market demand, especially considering growing industry trends and skill requirements.
